Rolling over!!!

Kylah has finally started rolling over! She has been trying for a long time but never could all the way over. Here is a video of Kylah trying to turn over!

Movie night

Saturday night Kylah went to her first movie! Kylah, Mike, Me, Mindy, Kaitlyn, Lela (Mindy's friend from work), Sarah (Lela's daughter) all went to see Chronicles of Narnia. Kylah was amazed at the movie for the first ten minuted after that she was out the rest of the movie! She did great!

On the way to the movie Dee Dee gave Kylah her cold drink to suck on.

Okay so Kaitlyn wanted this care bear figurin out of the machine, I gave her 50 cents to get it....it took the money. Mindy told the clerk so he gave us our money back. Well we thought the machine was empty. We got to looking and found ONE! So $6.00 Mindy dug it out! This is the care bear !

Benjamin Turns 1!!!

Benjamin Matthew Pickel had his first birthday party tonight! We had a great time!

Addie's Dedication

Luncheon at work

Thursday we went to my job at our new R & Co Salon! We have been remodeled (come check us out) It is so nice. Howard is our guy that has been doing most of the work and we were so grateful that Rachel (my boss and great friend) decided to have him a "thank you/surprise happy birthday lunch"! It was so good. This is Teresa with Kylah.

A Walk in the Park!

Mike and I took Kylah to New Harvest park for a walk. She was actually awake and happy to ride in her seat???!!! Very exciting, it doesn't happen often.

Three month pictures!

Mindy and I took Kylah and Kaitlyn to Portrait Innovations last week. I was so impressed! She took 80 pictures and I would say that there was only 5 poses that I wouldn't have bought! I don't know how I picked just 3. But, I guess I was thinking of Mike in the back of mind saying "you spent what on pictures?" When he got home and saw them he was so excited, he loved them!!!! Look at my big girl!!! Her part looks like I gave her a zig zag part, it wasn't on purpose but it works!

I loved this one! Mindy said if I didn't get it she was buying it! So I had to get it!

Out and About with Addie (the good one)

Summer invited me and Kylah to go with her and Addie out west. We had a good time! (thanks Summie)

This is a video of what my kid does while riding in the car! She hates her seat! I think Addie is crying a little in this one. But the thing is, she stops and puts herself to sleep! Not Kylah. I tell everyone she can travel 3 hours and never wake up, but go 20 min in the car and she screams the whole way! Thanks for taking us out! Hope the ride next time is a little better!(and all green lights!!!)

Aunt Mindy's Creations!

Grammy and Aunt Mindy went shopping and came back with these hair bows! While I appreciate the bows I think they are a little big for her right now!!!

Mommy and Daddy time!

So the other night when I got home I took Kylah in her room to change her diaper, she loves her room! Whenever you lay her down on the changing table she just laughs and grins! So I got out the camera and recorded her talking to me. I do this thing with my throat, I don't know how to explain it but I like gargle? She loves for me to do it and no one else can! This is her repeating what I'm doing!

Some of you might know Mike keeps Kylah while I go to work 3 days a week. He is great with her and she loves him too. I think its worked out great b/c it gives him time to be with her too! Well he usually makes a video for me to watch of something she did that day! Last week it was a video of her pitching a fit! But this week's video was so cute! He calls it " The Swing in Movies"! (instead of the Drive in Movies) hahha. Hey whatever works!

3 Month Check - Up

Kylah went for her three month check up today. Mike had to work so I took her by myself. That is why I only got one picture ..sorry. Well, it was another great visit, very healthy baby. The Dr. said she might be teething but at 3 months they find their hands and their salivary glands are developing, so that might be what is going on. (my mommy instinct tells me teeth are coming soon)! I had to feel out a developmental screening sheet at this visit. It ask questions like.. can she hold her head up when she lays on her tummy?, does she coo?, and so on. The Dr. said she is developmentally like a 5 month 2 week old. Everyone thinks their kids are geniuses! But I'm just happy she is healthy!!!
